Do prices include shipping

No. The listed price covers the machine only. Shipping is quoted separately because slot machines are large, heavy freight — costs vary significantly by location. We contact you after purchase with a shipping quote, or call us before buying for an estimate.

How do I get a shipping quote?

The easiest way is to call us at 520-888-0004 before you buy — we’ll give you a freight estimate right on the phone once we know the machine and your delivery address. Alternatively, complete your purchase and select ‘Ship to My Address’ — we’ll reach out within 1–2 business days with your quote. You’re never locked into a shipping cost you haven’t approved.

Can I pay for my machine online?

Yes. We use Stripe for secure online checkout. You can pay with any major credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover. Your card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. The full machine price is charged at checkout. Shipping, if applicable, is billed separately after we provide a quote.

Can I pickup in Tucson?

Yes! Free local pickup at our showroom — 923 W Prince Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705. Select ‘Local Pickup’ during checkout. We’ll schedule a time. Bring a truck or trailer — slot machines are heavy.

Can I come see the machines before buying?

Yes — and we encourage it. Our Tucson showroom is open by appointment. Call 520-888-0004 to schedule a visit and we’ll have the machines you’re interested in ready to see, test, and compare in person.

Do you buy slot machines?

Yes, we’re always interested in buying quality machines. Contact us with the make, model, condition, and photos if you have them — we’ll make you a fair offer.

How does online checkout work?

Add to cart, checkout securely via Stripe. After payment, our team contacts you to coordinate shipping or pickup. Your machine is held on receipt of payment.

What conditions are the machines in?

Every listing clearly states the machine’s condition. Here’s what each means: Refurbished — fully cleaned, tested, and restored to excellent working condition. Reconditioned — serviced and functional, may show minor cosmetic wear. As-Is — sold in current condition, priced accordingly; may need work. We don’t misrepresent conditions. If you have questions about a specific machine, call us and Joe will walk you through it.

Are machines serviced before sale?

Refurbished and reconditioned machines are cleaned, inspected, and tested before listing. Condition is clearly labeled on every product page. As-Is machines are priced accordingly and noted.

Do you service or repair machines after the sale?

Yes. Joe has 25+ years of hands-on experience and services all major brands — IGT, Bally, Aristocrat, Williams, Konami, and more. Are slot machines legal to own?

In most U.S. states, owning a slot machine for personal home use is legal, particularly for machines over a certain age. Laws vary by state and locality. We recommend checking your state’s regulations before purchasing. We’re happy to point you in the right direction, but we can’t provide legal advice.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final. That said, we stand behind our machines. If a refurbished or reconditioned machine has a problem that wasn’t disclosed at the time of sale, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we’ll work with you to make it right.
